Assistant Gardener 40-100%

Activities:

• You support the specialist staff with general garden, care, and maintenance work on various grounds.
• You undertake lawn mowing, scarifying, as well as cutting and trimming hedges, shrubs, and trees.
• You carry out weeding and planting work in borders, beds, and along paths.
• You help with planting flowers, shrubs, and woody plants and assist with the application of fertilizer and bark mulch.
• You take over the professional removal and disposal of leaves, cuttings, and green waste.
• You operate and maintain simple gardening tools and small machines such as trimmers, lawnmowers, or leaf blowers safely and responsibly.
• You clean walkways, squares, and outdoor areas and keep the grounds clean.

Qualifications

• Preferably, you bring initial experience in the gardening sector and you enjoy working outdoors.
• You have a clean criminal record.
• You are physically fit, resilient, and weather-resistant.
• You have good German skills for smooth communication within the team.
• You are characterized by an independent, punctual, and reliable way of working.
• It is an advantage if you possess a Category B driver's license.
