Your tasks

Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process

Taking over tasks as a primary caregiver

Responsibility and management of the nursing process of the assigned guests incl. the RAI nursing needs assessment

Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach

Participation in nursing reports

Taking over tasks as a topic carrier in a specialized subject and thus participating in the group-wide network for nursing quality
Readiness for night shifts

Your profile

Completed training as a Healthcare Specialist or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK

Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage

RAI knowledge desired or readiness to attend these courses (will be paid for)

Professional experience in Spitex/Inhouse Spitex desired

A warm and humorous basic attitude

Enjoyment of diverse challenges

Good German language skills in speaking and writing
