The city of Dübendorf has developed rapidly in recent years and is today the fourth largest city in the Canton of Zürich. This dynamic growth also shapes social coexistence. This is exactly where the still young area of Freiraum & Stadtleben starts. At the interface between politics, administration and the population, we encounter political and internal administrative processes, promote participation projects, develop socio-cultural offerings, enliven open spaces and process areas of tension in public space. For this dynamic field of activity, we are looking for an innovative personality for our four-person team who enjoys working on open space topics and leading the team of the sip dübi (outreach social work).

Start the Dübi adventure ###

• You lead the patrol team of the sip dübi professionally and personally
• You develop projects for the sustainable processing of areas of tension and the enlivening of open spaces
• You sensitize and mediate in the case of different and conflicting needs in public space
• You maintain and coordinate relevant networks, conduct internal administrative and political processes and prepare basic documents

This is how you convince us ###

• University degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification
• Experience or enjoyment in leading a team
• Knowledge in strategic-conceptual work as well as in agile project management
• Knowledge in outreach social work or in conflict management
• Negotiation and mediation skills, structured and independent way of working, interest in political processes, enjoyment in developing, flexibility and a pinch of humor
