You embody our values to our clients and thus ensure every day that visitors and employees feel welcome from the first moment, answering their questions, requests and wishes with professionalism and attention. ### What awaits you * Welcoming internal, external and VIP employees * Guiding and accompanying clients as needed * Management of the switchboard, emails and specific requests * Offering excellent reception and service * Support for event management and seminar room reservation * Administrative support for the general services department * Billing support * Management of mail, DHL and other carriers * Management of the storeroom (office supplies and material stock) * Ensuring follow-up with suppliers and service providers ### What you bring * From a degree-granting training in the field of hospitality or catering * Benefiting from at least 5 years of experience in hospitality and/or luxury reception in an international context * Experience in another international work environment is a plus * Very good knowledge of the Microsoft suite * Excellent command of French and English, oral and written (minimum C1 level mandatory) * Strong customer orientation * Excellent interpersonal skills and endowed with very good communication skills * Very organized, capable of managing multiple priorities with great attention to detail * Proactivity and flexibility * Discretion and autonomy * 80% annualized, variable hours according to schedule ### Ready for us?
