We are a renowned healthcare company in the Bern region and are looking for a committed and flexible registered nursing specialist (m/f/d) for spontaneous assignments in our CarePeople Notfallpool in various specialist areas, including long-term care, acute care, and psychiatry. You have the opportunity to work in different facilities and teams, allowing you to expand your expertise in various fields.

Requirement Profile ##

• Completed training as a registered nursing specialist (HF, FH or equivalent)
• Experience in the areas of long-term care, acute care and/or psychiatry is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake spontaneous assignments
• Empathy, teamwork skills and high social competence
• Independent and structured way of working

Tasks ##

• Care and support of patients in the areas of long-term care, acute care, and psychiatry
• Individual care planning and documentation
• Supporting patients in managing their daily challenges
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with doctors, therapists, and other specialists
• Ensuring quality of care and compliance with care processes
• If necessary, substitution of nursing specialists in the various areas
