To expand our team, we are looking for the Eastern Switzerland region, starting immediately or by arrangement, a Case Manager in Reintegration Management 60-80%

YOUR MISSION

• You are our "crack" in Case Management
• You take on mandates in Case/Care Management for various clients and accompany them
• comprehensively on issues related to absences and performance questions of employees
• You assist in the further development of our standards and offers
• You win the trust of the various contact persons thanks to your natural presentation competence and your openness

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• Several years of proven experience as a Case Manager in Reintegration Management (1st labor market)
• In-depth knowledge in the field of social insurance and labor law with corresponding further training or proven practical experience
• Completed CAS further training in Case Management / Reintegration Management or comparable further training or interest in completing such
• Proficient in dealing with employees of all hierarchical levels in various industries and able to actively involve the various stakeholders in the Case Management process
• In-depth knowledge of mental and somatic clinical pictures as well as their effects on possible reintegration processes
• Flexibility: cases are processed at our locations in St. Gallen (2-3 days) and in Zürich (1 day)
