The Regionaler Sozialdienst Oberhofen supports the municipalities of Oberhofen, Hilterfingen and Heiligenschwendi in social and financial matters and is responsible for school social work in the Schulverband Hilterfingen. With professional competence, commitment and heart, we work every day for people in different life situations.

To complement our team due to a temporary vacancy, we are looking for, effective immediately or by arrangement, a

School Social Worker (50%) ##

temporary for 6 months as part of a substitution (optional with the possibility of extension)

Your tasks ###

• School social work in the Schulverband Hilterfingen in a team of two
• Counseling of children and adolescents as well as those responsible for upbringing
• Professional advice and cooperation with teachers, school management, authorities, etc.
• Organization and implementation of school prevention offers
• Interventions in school classes
• Interdisciplinary cooperation
• Administration/ Documentation

You bring with you ###

• Degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy
• Subject-specific further training, e.g. CAS Systemic Counseling or CAS School Social Work
• Experience and joy in working with children and adolescents
• Interest in working in a school
• Independent and networked working, organizational skills
• Open, empathetic personality and confident appearance
• Independent, team player, flexible, resilient and communicative
• Team spirit, initiative and a positive basic attitude
