Legal Secretary

We are looking for our social insurance advisory center in Lausanne for a:

Legal Secretary (M/F) 80%

Start date on 1 January 2027 or by arrangement.

Your mission:

telephone reception, greeting and simple legal information to clients

management of mail and agenda including control and monitoring of deadlines

drafting of legal documents and letters based on instructions, via dictaphone, according to template or autonomously

opening, monitoring, filing and archiving of files

data entry into our computer system

invoicing

Your profile:

holder of a legal secretary diploma or title deemed equivalent, experience in the field of social insurance desired

experience in contact with customers

perfect mastery of IT tools, being able to adapt to several systems

excellent writing skills in French

autonomy, management of priorities and stress, precision

ease of adaptation, discretion and empathy

domiciled in Switzerland
