The administrative district of Emmental is located in the heart of the Canton of Bern. The municipalities are diverse and range from smaller rural places to lively tourist locations. As a result, varied tasks in the field of construction await you.

Your tasks

• Processing of building applications including formal and substantive examination
• Decision on building permit requirement and competence
• Drafting of procedural directives and overall construction decisions
• Planning and preparation of settlement and instruction negotiations, inspections, as well as clarification meetings

Your profile

• Vocational basic training with Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (EFZ)
• Diploma as Bernese Building Administrator or further training as a clerk in building permit procedures or comparable training
• Professional experience in a comparable function related to construction
• Reliable, independent and expeditious way of working
