Introduction

On behalf of our client operating in the electronic sector, we are looking for a:

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SMD electronic assembly processes.
• Support production in resolving technical and process issues.
• Analyze production performance and propose continuous improvement actions.
• Collaborate with Quality, Production, and Industrialization departments to ensure high quality standards.
• Participate in the introduction of new products and the validation of production processes.
• Define, update, and monitor parameters, procedures, and technical documentation.
• Analyze process non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support the technical training of operational personnel.

Profile

• Diploma or Degree in a technical field (Electronics, Electrotechnics, Automation or related disciplines).
• Experience gained in production contexts within the electronic sector.
• Knowledge of SMD processes and main electronic assembly technologies.
• Experience in the analysis and optimization of production processes.
• Ability to read technical documentation.
