Administrative Line Assistant in

watchmaking

Main missions:

• Ensure the production follow-up of their sector
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and their working environment
• Interface with the production, stock, and goods reception teams

Responsibilities:

• Updates data in the information system (SAP) to declare the progress of produced parts as well as non-quality
• Manages the stocks of components and supplies present at the line side (preparation, control and ordering from the central stock)
• Creates and follows exchange and overconsumption orders
• Associates kits with manufacturing orders
• Manages rejects electronically
• Helps and resolves problems encountered by operators on the production declaration information systems
• Provides information and keeps up to date the indicators for their sector
• Informs their manager as needed on production progress and malfunctions
• Prepares, ensures follow-up and participates in inventories

Training/Experience

• CFC in commercial employment or an equivalent commercial/logistics training
• Min. 2 years of experience in a similar function
• Mastery of ERP ideally SAP and MS Office tools
• French native language
