La Casa Depuoz is a social institution serving children, adolescents, and adults with special learning and support needs. In our adult home, we accompany and support approximately 45 residents distributed across five residential groups in Trun, in our Soldanella home in Sedrun, as well as in our workshops.

Starting from 1 February 2027 or by agreement, we are looking for a committed person as team leader, 80% position in the adult sector at the day structure in Trun

Field of activity: ###

• Management, planning, and organization of the day structure in which all residents of the different residential groups can participate
• Management, planning, and organization of the support team of the day structure
• Organization of daily life according to recognized principles in social pedagogy and care
• Collaboration with all employees involved in the promotion process
• Accompanying and supporting interns and apprentices
• Participation in the management team of the adult groups (5 residential groups, night watch, 1 occupation group, including the Soldanella home in Sedrun)
• Participation in the cross-functional activities of the center

We expect: ###

• Completed training in the field of social pedagogy, FaBe or care and professional experience including continuous training as a team leader or the willingness to undergo this training
• Motivation in contact and respect towards people with disabilities
• Creativity, manual dexterity as well as openness to novelty
• Appropriate skills
• Personal stress resistance and flexibility
• Ability to work in a team and manage conflicts
