The Social Affairs Department is divided into the areas of Social Assistance, Adult and Child Protection, Generations and Neighborhood Work, as well as Specialist Services. For the Info Netz Generationen (ING) department of the Generations and Neighborhood Work area, we are looking for a

Co-Head of Department Info Netz Generationen with focus 60+, 60%

starting from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.

Time for a professional change?

• You lead the department from a professional, personnel, and organizational perspective in cooperation with the Co-Head of Department Info Netz Generationen Early Childhood.
• You are responsible for the design of services and networking of actors in the elderly sector as well as for the further development of neighborhood work.
• You anchor these two areas politically and support strategic future planning.
• You work across generations in cooperation with the Co-Head of Department Early Childhood.

Can you answer the following questions with YES?

• Do you have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and have additional training in Gerontology?
• Do you possess professional experience in Social Work with a focus on elderly work and already have knowledge in outreach neighborhood work?
• Do you have leadership experience and possess corresponding further training?
