Rollout and Customer Training

Workload: 60 to 80 % | Work location: Baar

Do you enjoy organizing, explaining things clearly, and accompanying people during their introduction to new software? At timeSensor, you will coordinate the introduction of timeSensor LEGAL 365, train users, and remain in contact afterwards. Your goal: customers who work confidently with our software and feel well supported.

timeSensor AG has been developing law firm software since 2010. For our small team in Baar, we are looking for a service-oriented personality with organizational talent and joy in transferring knowledge.

Your tasks

• You plan and coordinate rollouts together with the customers and our technical team.
• You coordinate appointments, responsibilities, and preparation steps and keep an eye on the project progress.
• You prepare practical training sessions and conduct them online as well as on-site if required.
• You explain functions and workflows understandably and address different levels of prior knowledge.
• You accompany customers after the introduction, actively seek feedback, and identify further training needs.

What you bring

• German is your mother tongue. You have good French skills and can communicate confidently in customer contact. Further language skills are an advantage.
• You organize reliably, set priorities, and maintain an overview even with several ongoing introductions.
• You explain patiently and understandably and appear confidently in training sessions and customer conversations.
• You bring technical understanding and enjoy familiarizing yourself with software and/or law firm processes.
• Experience in software introduction, project coordination, or customer support is an advantage.
