• Enjoy accompanying managers in both day-to-day operations and strategic issues.
• Experience or further training in the areas of change management, organizational development, coaching, or leadership development.
• Independent, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Strong advisory and moderation skills as well as a good sense for people and organizations.
• Proficient German skills and good English skills.
