HR Applications Manager (M/F) 60-80%

Mission :

• Participate in the steering of the HR applications portfolio and ensure its performance, evolution, and consistency with business needs
• Guarantee the availability, security, and access management of HR solutions, notably SAP SuccessFactors and Timetool
• Supervise the interfaces and data flows between HR applications and other company systems
• Contribute to the coordination of HRIS evolutions and projects with HR and IT teams and external partners, while ensuring budgetary monitoring
• Advise and support HR teams in the use of solutions, the adoption of new functionalities, and the sharing of best practices

Profile :

• Holder of a Master's in computer science, administration, or an equivalent field, or a HES Bachelor's completed by training in management information systems or project management
• You have initial professional experience in the management of business applications, information systems, or HR solutions.
• Ideally, you have knowledge of HR processes or are motivated to quickly develop your skills in this area
• You are comfortable with project management tools and methods. Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and TimeTool is an advantage.
• You are proficient in French as well as technical English. Knowledge of German is an asset.
