Marketing Manager (f/m) 50-60 %

We are a successful construction management and total solution company based in Zürich and at the upper Lake Zürich. With our young, dynamic team, we realize demanding large-scale projects in Zürich and the surrounding area, focusing on innovation, quality and sustainability.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and creative personality who will work closely with the executive management as a Marketing Manager and act as an interface between the various parties involved.

Your tasks

• Overall responsibility for the areas of Marketing, PR and external communication
• Further development and implementation of our marketing strategy in cooperation with the executive management
• Support and maintenance of our website, social media channels and the company's own magazine
• Collaboration in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and events
• Ensuring compliance with our corporate design (CI/CD) across all communication channels
• Maintenance and further development of our online presence
• Participation in the conception and creation of presentations, brochures and documents for project acquisition
• Contribution of own ideas and creative approaches
• Cooperation with agencies as well as internal and external partners
• Active participation in our A-Vision project for future development and sustainability

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship EFZ and further training in the field of marketing
• Professional experience in marketing, ideally in the construction or real estate sector or in a communication or marketing agency
• Creativity and a good sense for target group-oriented communication
• Confident handling of digital marketing tools and social media
• Strong team spirit and high sense of responsibility
• Open-minded personality with an exact, independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Very good user knowledge in MS Office as well as ideally knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and Prezi
• Stylistically confident German in spoken and written form
