Our client is currently in an exciting phase of transformation and integration. For the transition phase, we are looking for two committed HR Business Partners.

Tasks

• Support and advice to employees and managers in all HR-related matters
• Advising the line in labor law and personnel-related topics
• Accompanying employee discussions - from hiring to departures and terminations
• Responsibility and support in recruiting
• Processing and answering HR inquiries
• Close cooperation with various locations and contact persons
• Travel within Switzerland, possibly French-speaking Switzerland

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function
• Sound experience in advising managers and employees
• Experience in recruiting as well as in accompanying entries and departures
• Confident appearance and strong communication skills
• Enjoyment of a dynamic environment and change processes
• Very good German skills; depending on the area of application, French skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel
