On behalf of one of our clients, the agency OKJOB is looking for a cuisinier/ère CFC:

Job description ###

-Ensure culinary production at your station (hot, cold, garnish, etc.)
-Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
-Participate in the development of menus and cards
-Manage stocks and orders for your station
-Supervise commis and apprentices if necessary
-Guarantee the regularity and quality of preparations

Profile ###

-Diploma in cooking (AFP /CAP, CFC or equivalent)
-Minimum 5 years of experience in traditional catering and collective catering (EMS, company restaurant)
-Good mastery of culinary techniques
-Rigorous, organized, team spirit
-Creative, with a real passion for the profession
