Tasks ##

• Creation, implementation, execution and sending of newsletters in Salesforce Marketing Cloud according to existing briefings, layouts and templates
• Integration and preparation of texts, images, product information, links and calls to action as well as configuration of sending parameters
• Carrying out test sends, quality control on computer and mobile as well as guaranteeing error-free delivery and within deadlines
• Coordination and collaboration within e-commerce as well as with marketing, translation and graphic design
• Maintenance, adaptation and optimization of existing newsletter modules, templates and processes as well as support for other e-commerce tasks

Requirements ##

• Completed commercial training or professional experience in the commercial field
• Experience in marketing, communication or a similar environment
• Initial experience in e-commerce is an asset
• Reliable, resilient and open personality; knowledge of newsletter systems, notably Salesforce, is an asset
• Confident command of German as well as knowledge of French and Italian is an asset
