Tasks

• Warm reception and competent advice for our customers and suppliers
• Confident handling of incoming calls
• Updating customer and prospect addresses in the ERP system
• Processing of offers, orders, delivery notes, and returns
• Execution of general secretarial tasks, including correspondence and mail processing

Profile

• Commercial training with proven experience in customer service and reception
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of customer communication
• Excellent oral and written language skills in German and French. Other languages are an advantage
• Precise and structured way of working, friendly and service-oriented personality
• Ability to work in a team and willingness to cooperate with different departments
• Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and comprehensive IT skills
