For our client in Olten, a pioneer in sustainable banking, we are looking for a strong-communicating personality for 6 months who convinces as the first business card on the telephone. Customer Service Representative Telephony 80% (m/f/d) temporary for 6 months

In this key role, you are much more than a voice on the phone. You are the central hub for customer satisfaction. Your core tasks include:

• Empathetically receiving customer concerns and independently answering inquiries regarding basic customer business and the onboarding process
• Managing the main number, looking after the central email address, and processing Secure Mails in the CRM system
• Expertly forwarding more complex advisory inquiries via telephone or via BSI Customer Suite to the correct specialist departments
• Performing mutations, handling the ordering system for payment instruments, and supporting market measures for new customer acquisition
• Working days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

• Commercial basic training
• Experience in the banking or insurance/pension sector
• German native language, good spoken French skills mandatory
• Availability from immediately
• No entries in the criminal and debt enforcement register
