Your tasks

• Counseling and support of students with school-related and personal concerns
• Planning and implementation of preventive projects and intervention measures
• Counseling and cooperation with teaching and specialist staff, childcare, school management, parents
• Institutional network work including with authorities, legal guardians, offices and external specialist agencies
• Participation in interdisciplinary exchange meetings as well as in cross-departmental working groups
• Crisis intervention and support in conflict management
• Co-design in the further development of concepts and projects within the framework of school social work and school culture

Your requirement profile

• University degree in Social Work FH or Social Pedagogy HF, preferably with professional experience
• Very good knowledge in counseling and conversation management
• Competencies in solution-oriented individual counseling with children, adolescents and adults as well as in the accompaniment of group-specific processes
• High empathy, communication strength and assertiveness
• Independent and structured way of working as well as enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Ability for efficient and careful written case management
• Teamwork skills, resilience and initiative
