Paul Forrer AG is a leading Swiss provider of drive technology, hydraulics, and motor equipment. We supply agricultural machinery dealers as well as machine builders and original equipment manufacturers in agricultural, forestry, and municipal technology. Furthermore, motor equipment specialist retailers, vehicle builders, construction machinery manufacturers, and workshops are among our customers.

WHAT AWAITS YOU

• Contact person for employees in all personnel and labor law matters, from recruitment to exit
• Sparring partner and advisory support for line managers in all HR matters
• Independent recruitment of specialists and managers
• Preparation of work certificates and job descriptions as well as participation in the entire personnel administration
• Responsible guidance of our KV apprentice through the entire apprenticeship period
• Management and participation in diverse HR projects
• Continuous development and optimization of our HR processes
• Deputy in the area of payroll

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed basic commercial training
• Further training as an HR Specialist with federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis)
• Vocational trainer certificate (Berufsbildnerausweis) as well as experience in supervising KV apprentices
• Several years of professional experience in human resources and strong recruitment talent
• Communicative, enthusiastic, and hands-on oriented personality
• Service-oriented, efficient, and structured way of working
• French language skills are an advantage
