To strengthen our small team, we are looking for a flexible and committed personality who enjoys
recruiting and personal contact with people.
iSpringer specializes in the placement and leasing of medical professionals in the perioperative field.
With us, you do not work in an anonymous large corporation, but close to our employees,
candidates, and our partners in hospitals.
Your main tasks

• Active recruitment of specialists for pool assignments, temporary assignments, and permanent positions
• Active search and direct approach of new employees
• Maintaining contact with existing client companies
• Active contact with hospitals to win new orders and to fill existing vacancies
• Taking over the Friday substitution
• Flexible substitution in case of sickness or holidays

Additional tasks

• Processing applications and accompanying candidates
• Placement of suitable candidates in temporary and permanent employment
• Administrative support in personnel leasing and personnel recruitment
• Support of the recruitment consultants in daily business, especially in the context of

Friday, holiday, and sickness substitutions
What we are looking for
We are looking for a communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people and has pleasure
in recruiting as well as in telephone and personal contact with hospitals and specialists. Flexibility,
reliability, and independent working are important to us. In addition to the agreed workload, there should be
the willingness to flexibly support the team during holidays or short-term sickness.

• Experience in recruiting or in personnel consulting, ideally in healthcare
• Excellent communication skills and an open, honest manner
• Empathy and understanding for the needs of specialists in the healthcare sector
• Teamwork skills and the willingness to work in a small, dynamic team
