What you will achieve with us: ##

• Supporting specialist consultants on exciting international architecture projects with a focus on the UK market
• Support and consultation of indirect customers in the back office
• Project tracking with active status inquiries
• Internal coordination and processing of sample orders
• Compilation of sales and marketing materials
• Maintenance and administration of customer data in the CRM system
• Creation and dispatch of customer letters and mailings
• Administrative and organizational support for marketing activities, including the organization of smaller architecture events
• Taking over the deputy role for the Swiss market

What you bring with you: ##

• Commercial professional experience in a coordinative and customer-oriented function
• Enjoyment of customer support as well as working with internal and external contact persons
• Interest in architecture and design as well as in questions relating to colors and surfaces
• Very good German and English skills as well as good French skills
• Committed, communicative personality with a high service orientation
• Strong organizational talent and quality awareness
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Willingness to work on-site two days per week. Thursday is intended as a fixed presence day to promote personal exchange within the team.
