Customer Service & Order Processing Clerk (all)

That is exactly what this is about. For a client in medical technology, we are looking for you as a central hub in Customer Service as part of a long-term temporary assignment.

Your field of activity:

• You manage orders from A to Z, from receipt to invoicing
• You ensure that deliveries arrive when they are needed
• You are in exchange with hospitals, internal teams and the field service
• You solve problems before they become real ones
• You ensure that customers always feel well looked after

What you bring with you:

• Commercial or comparable training with experience in areas such as Customer Service, order processing or sales administration
• Practice in order processing or inventory management
• Proficient German skills as well as conversational French and English skills for exchange with customers throughout Switzerland
• Confidence in handling ERP systems (SAP is an advantage) as well as Office tools
