About Our Client ##

Our client is an international private bank well-established in Switzerland and in other international financial centers.

Job Description ##

• Integration within the Bank's Compliance department;
• Compliance management of High Risk / PEP clients;
• Periodic Reviews (KYC/AML): perform reviews of high-risk accounts (natural persons, legal entities, complex structures, intermediaries) within the Compliance department, in collaboration with other team members. These reviews include updating client risk profiles, the adequacy between KYC and observed transactional activity, as well as the completeness and validity of documentation (KYC and KYT), in collaboration with bankers (Front Office);
• Advisory and Communication: Advise the Front Office on compliance issues and help them obtain missing documents;
• Remediation: Identify gaps, propose corrective actions and monitor the compliance of files;
• Reporting: Establish statistics and monitoring reports for reviews;
• Participation in daily office life.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Graduate with a Master's degree in Law, Economics, Finance or a certified diploma in Compliance (DAS/CAS Compliance a plus);
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance, specifically in file review (KYC) within a private bank or financial institution in Switzerland;
• Excellent knowledge of Swiss regulations (AMLA/LBA, CDB 20, FINMA Circulars);
• Mastery of offshore structures and complex profiles;
• Very good command of French and English languages fluently (oral and written) indispensable;
• Keen sense of rigor and analysis, excellent communication, diplomacy, ability to work autonomously in a project environment.
