Team Lead Residential Care Children & Adolescents 80-90% ##

starting December 1, 2026, or by arrangement

Your tasks ###

• Leadership of a residential group for children and adolescents with physical and multiple disabilities
• Ensuring individual and professional care together with the team
• Professional and personnel leadership of the team including deployment planning, personnel development, and quality assurance
• Active shaping of interdisciplinary cooperation as well as ensuring clear and reliable structures
• Professional participation in the further development of offerings, concepts, and processes in the areas of residential living and leisure (e.g., weekly boarding, relief services)
• Collaboration in daily care routines
• Cooperation with relatives as well as internal and external specialists

You bring ###

• Training in social pedagogy (FH/HF) or an equivalent qualification
• Further training in the field of leadership or the willingness to complete such
• Participatory leadership style as well as joy in the joint further development of the team and the department
• Strong organizational and conceptual skills as well as a structured way of working
• Good IT user knowledge and confidence in handling digital work tools
• Advantageous: vocational trainer or practical instructor training (PA)
