Your Tasks

• Telephone advisory and support of private and business customers
• Receipt and processing of customer inquiries
• Recognizing customer needs and presenting suitable solutions
• Active sales support as well as cross- and upselling
• Professional guidance of customers along the entire advisory process
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Administrative processing of customer data and inquiries

Your Profile

• Experience in telephone or personal customer contact
• Pronounced sales flair and enjoyment of customer advisory
• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Center, insurance environment, sales back office, or sales is an advantage
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
• Additionally good French or Italian skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of common IT applications
• Readiness for flexible working hours or shift work, depending on the operating company
• Communicative, service-oriented, and resilient personality
