Who you are

We are looking for customer service employees who enjoy supporting our customers with advice and action and offering them the best possible shopping experience. Thanks to you, our customers will not only visit IKEA with a smile, they will also leave our stores with a smile and look forward to coming back.

• You have a strong service orientation, a friendly manner, and a good sense for the wishes of customers.
• You always have an answer to inquiries and a solution for every problem - no matter how stressful the situation may be.
• You have a flair for dealing with people and enjoy offering our customers the best possible shopping experience.
• You have very good German skills in speaking and writing and are confident in using a PC. English is an advantage.
• You are numerate, can handle money well, and feel comfortable at the computer.
• You have a passion for home furnishing and the IKEA brand and look forward to getting to know the IKEA product range and service options in detail.
• You feel confident in using the English language so that you can always be addressed by international customers.

• Advising and looking after customers and always meeting them with a friendly smile:
• In exchanges: Finding fast, uncomplicated, and customer-oriented solutions for all challenges based on our internal guidelines.
