For our SWATCH Store in Zürich, we are looking for an immediately or by arrangement motivated, committed, and service-oriented

SALES ASSOCIATE WATCH SERVICE 80%

In this position, your focus is on our customer service and the performance of battery changes as well as other smaller service tasks. At the same time, you are part of our sales team and actively support in sales.

The position offers fixed working days on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday respectively.

Job description ##

Your tasks:

• Performance of battery changes as well as smaller service tasks and adjustments of watch straps
• Ensuring a warm welcome as well as courteous and professional customer service
• Active consultation and sale of our products in the store (Swatch and Flik Flak)
• Responsibility for the correct operation and billing at the cash register
• Ensuring a well-maintained and inviting appearance of the store

Profile ##

• Completed training in retail or a comparable qualification
• Manual dexterity, a careful way of working, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Experience in sales and/or customer service, ideally in the field of watches, jewelry, or lifestyle products
• Availability for the fixed working days Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

We are looking for a committed and service-oriented Sales Associate who enjoys direct customer contact as well as precise service work and feels comfortable in a dynamic, international work environment.
As a Sales Associate, you are part of our international team and an important contact point for our customers. With professional service, your enthusiasm for our products, and a strong customer orientation, you contribute to a positive customer experience. In addition to service, you actively support the team in sales and represent the Swatch brand with enthusiasm and product knowledge.

Languages ##

Very good German and English skills, French and other languages are a plus
