Nursing Assistant in Night Shift - as a Float

Your tasks ###

• You contribute to ensuring nursing quality appropriate to the situation and do so by being mindful of the individual needs of our patients
• In your float function, you support the nursing professionals during the night in the care and support of our patients and participate in the implementation of nursing measures
• You meet different requests with sensitivity, calm and sovereignty, thereby creating security and trust

Your profile ###

• Completed training as AGS AssistentIn Gesundheit und Soziales or as a nursing assistant
• Professional experience in a hospital, a rehabilitation clinic or a comparable nursing environment
• Joy in contact with elderly people as well as an appreciative and empathetic manner
• Strong understanding of service and a good sense for the needs of our patients
• High flexibility, reliability as well as an open and integrative way of communicating
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing
