In addition to an inviting self-service area, the establishment offers a large garden with a kiosk, stylish banquet and seminar rooms on the upper floor, as well as a small, fine à la carte restaurant. Your tasks
You manage your own service station in Restaurant Dählhölzli, ensuring smooth operations and satisfied guests
You prepare the mise en place, ensuring a smooth workflow in service so that everything is perfectly prepared and every step of the work is efficient
You advise, serve, and pamper our guests with great dedication so that they feel completely comfortable
You support the preparation, implementation, and follow-up of banquets, events, and occasions
You create the daily accounts carefully and precisely
You are flexible and can shine in different areas of Restaurant Dählhölzli – whether at events, banquets, or in à la carte service
You ensure order and cleanliness in the service area and comply with hygiene regulations

Your talents & experiences
You are a warm, communicative, and service-oriented personality
You bring passion and enthusiasm for gastronomy
You have completed training in service or an equivalent qualification
You maintain an overview even in hectic situations and work independently and solution-oriented
You speak and understand German and communicate confidently and friendly with our guests and the team. Further language skills are an advantage
You are flexibly deployable and ready to work, especially on weekends and during evening events
