In order to strengthen quality governance and ensure safe and optimal care for our patients, we are looking for a Responsable Qualité (H/F) at 50%. Reporting directly to the Operations Management, you will lead the development, structuring, and monitoring of the establishment's Quality Management System (QMS).

As a transversal referent, you will collaborate closely with General Management, Medical Management, Nursing Management, as well as all department heads (care, medical, administrative, and logistical) to promote a culture of continuous improvement and risk management.

Responsable Qualité / Quality Manager (H/F) - 50 % ##

Your Main Responsibilities ###

• QMS Animation & PDCA Approach: Develop the quality concept, map key processes, manage documentation (policies, procedures, forms), and lead the PDCA cycle.
• LAMal 58a, H+ Compliance & ANQ Monitoring: Ensure regulatory monitoring, lead compliance with the quality convention (art. 58a LAMal), define and document Continuous Improvement Measures (MAC), fulfill tasks imposed by the H+ convention, and coordinate national ANQ measures.
• Risk Management & CIRS System: Maintain the adverse event management system, lead the CIRS system, support cause analysis, and follow up on action plans within a non-punitive learning culture.
• Indicators & Steering: Define relevant KPIs with the Operations Management, maintain the quality dashboard, and monitor patient satisfaction.
• Audits & Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement the annual internal audit program, support external audits, and guarantee the follow-up of corrective actions.
• Support & Training: Advise department heads, lead multidisciplinary working groups, and raise employee awareness regarding safety and quality issues.

Your Challenges for the First 12 Months ###

• Conduct a complete assessment of the quality system and define the annual roadmap.
• Anchor the PDCA method as a transversal guiding principle, formalize process mapping and document management.
• Define, structure, and document Continuous Improvement Measures (MAC) according to art. 58a LAMal, while meeting the requirements of the H+ convention and ANQ surveys.
• Consolidate the adverse event reporting and analysis system (CIRS).
• Deploy the quality dashboard and organize the internal audit program.

Your Profile ###

• Education: Higher degree (health, science, management, or equivalent), ideally supplemented by a specialization in quality management, auditing, or risk management.
• Experience: Proven practice in quality and process management within the Swiss healthcare system (hospital, clinic, EMS).
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid mastery of the Swiss legal framework (LAMal art. 58a, ANQ, CIRS, H+ convention requirements).
• Skills & Posture: Methodological rigor, analytical and synthesis skills, autonomy, interpersonal ease for transversal work, and a unifying posture focused on change management support.
• Languages: Excellent mastery of French or German, with a good knowledge of the other language; English is an asset.
