You combine quality procedures, evaluations and study data into insights, with which degree programs and instructors can specifically further develop their offerings. At the same time, you will build up the data-based further development of the degree programs, a field of topics that we want to shape together with you. Your area of responsibility Quality Development 40 -- 60% * Further development of the understanding of quality, the standards and the instruments of quality management in education * Coordination of quality processes across degree programs and modules, including evaluation cycles and accountability procedures * Advising and coaching of degree program managers, lecturers and development teams on quality issues * Preparation and presentation of results from evaluations as decision-making bases for management * Support of development projects of the degree programs Data-based further development of degree programs 20% * Exploitation of existing study and evaluation data and definition of meaningful key figures * Construction of automated, understandable dashboards for degree programs, modules and instructors * Supporting the target groups in the use and interpretation of the data * Clarification of data protection and governance issues together with the responsible offices * Prospectively: Exploitation of further data sources for the analysis of teaching and learning offers (Curricular Analytics) Your profile * University degree at Master's level with profound knowledge in organizational psychology or organizational development * Several years of relevant professional experience in quality, higher education or organizational development, preferably in a higher education environment * Methodological security in handling evaluation and progress data as well as a sense of which questions actually move a degree program forward * Joy in designing evaluations so that specialists can work with them without explanation; experience with a BI tool (Power BI) is an advantage * Experience in dealing with quality management systems and in managing projects * Moderation, networking and consulting skills * You possess the ability to integrate different perspectives and professional logics and to develop sustainable solutions in a demanding scientific environment.
