Your field of activity * Advising and supporting executives and employees in personnel-related issues * Responsibility for professional vocational training: accompanying KV apprentices, coordinating apprentice topics across all training professions as well as the further development of a modern, future-oriented education * Support of assigned areas in all personnel processes from recruitment to exit * Support of job placements including application administration, interviews and contract management * Ensuring professional HR administration including entries and exits, certificates, personnel files and master data * Participation in HR projects as well as in the further development and digitalization of HR processes. Your backpack * Commercial basic training with HR-specific further training * Several years of experience in a generalist HR function or as an HR Business Partner * Vocational trainer certificate as well as experience in accompanying or training apprentices * Strong advisory competence and professional appearance even in demanding situations * Structured, reliable and networked way of working * Very good Microsoft 365 skills; French skills are an advantage.
