For the development and production of a serial culture podcast in a storytelling format, we are looking, as part of a new appointment as of 1 December 2026 or by arrangement, for a committed personality with a sense for innovative podcasting.

Your tasks

• Format development
• Topic finding, research and conceptualization for 2 podcast series annually
• Head authorship / Head reporter
• Direction
• Cross-media processing
• Distribution

Your profile

• Journalistic experience in the field of podcast or audio, especially in narrative formats
• High affinity for expertise in historical and cultural topics
• Good knowledge of the Swiss cultural landscape
• Ability to conduct good conversations as a reporter and to think in scenes
• Very good knowledge of audio editing software
• Willingness to experiment and creativity in dealing with original sounds and music and new acoustic forms
• Enjoyment of coordinating and conceptualizing
• Ability to prepare topics cross-medially
• Confident appearance
