HR Employee / Recruiter 50–60% (m/f/d) – temporary

Your tasks:

Independent implementation of the entire recruitment process
Advertising and management of vacancies
Review and pre-selection of application documents
Conducting job interviews in German and possibly in English
Assessment of candidates regarding qualification, experience and suitability
Coordination and accompaniment of the entire application process
Communication with applicants and internal contact persons
Support with further administrative HR tasks

Your profile:

Completed training in the HR field or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience in recruitment is mandatory
Experience in conducting and assessing job interviews
Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
Good interpersonal skills and a strong ability to assess candidates
Independent, reliable and careful way of working
Strong communication skills and professional in dealing with applicants
Team player, flexible and motivated
