Your main tasks

You take full responsibility for all core HR administrative tasks and ensure the timely and precise processing of various HR correspondences
For demanding inquiries, you act as 2nd level support for the off-shore Shared Service Center and process inquiries regarding everyday HR topics such as working conditions, absences, and working hours
In this position of trust, you are the interface to our internal stakeholders and authorities, coordinate and optimize core HR processes and support escalations of existing HR processes within your area of responsibility.
