For a long-term temporary position in a young, dynamic team near the Biel railway station, we are looking for: Customer Service Agents m/f

Your area of responsibility:

• Responsible for the technical activation of services in a customer migration
• Personal customer care until activation
• Coordination of installation orders with the customer and the technicians
• Back office tasks within the framework of activation orders

What you bring with you:

• Commercial training or proven professional experience in a contact center
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Flair for digital entertainment media (Internet, TV, Mobile Phone, Tablets)
• Bilingualism – very good oral skills in DE, also in FR is an advantage
• Team player with an exact and reliable way of working
