Employee Deployment Planning and Prevention (40 %)

You don't see red when it comes to emergency services organizations. With your administrative talent, you will provide goal-oriented support at the headquarters of the Feuerwehr Stadt Luzern.

Your tasks

• You support the Einsatzplanung & Prävention team in the areas of deployment planning and fire police with all administrative tasks and provide information over the phone.
• You help to keep the deployment documents up to date and complete so that the relevant information is available in the event of an incident.
• You coordinate fire protection training and evacuation drills, thereby contributing to ensuring that employees and stakeholders are prepared for an emergency.

Your profile

• You have completed a technical or commercial vocational apprenticeship, ideally supplemented with further training at the Federal Diploma of Higher Education level.
• You bring several years of practical experience with the Feuerwehr and have ideally already held a management position.
• You are familiar with plans or have experience in handling planning documents.
• You formulate confidently and with stylistic precision in the German language and use MS 365 applications routinely and efficiently.
• You work independently, precisely, and reliably. Even in a varied working environment, you remain flexible and maintain an overview.

The Feuerwehr Stadt Luzern intervenes in fires, natural events, and accidents to protect people, animals, the environment, and property. Through the fire police department, it also engages in prevention. The Feuerwehr consists of the Berufsfeuerwehr with 35 employees and the Milizfeuerwehr with 250 members.
