For our client, an established Swiss financial services company, we are looking for a committed personality for telephone customer advisory in the credit card sector.

Tasks

Your tasks

You answer telephone inquiries from customers and internal contact persons competently and solution-oriented.
You advise on all matters related to credit cards, from opening to cancellation.
You process changes such as limit adjustments and cancellations carefully and reliably.
You support customer advisors in sales with complex issues.
You receive complaints professionally and find simple, pragmatic solutions.

Knowledge

Your profile

You have completed basic commercial training and experience in the financial services industry and/or in the administrative area.
You must bring impeccable German skills in spoken and written form as well as good French and/or Italian skills at at least level B2.
You grasp new facts quickly and find your way well in a dynamic working environment.
You enjoy telephone customer contact and convince through understandable and competent advice.
You respond to different concerns and remain friendly and solution-oriented even in demanding conversations.
