Project Manager position at 30%

General provisions and purpose of the position:
The project manager is mandated to lead cross-functional projects in service of the School's priorities and to support the director, the andragogical manager, and the administrative collaborator in monitoring significant files in the development of the offer, fundraising, external communication, quality approach, and governance.
They carry out their work in close collaboration with the director, to whom they formally report, as well as with the pedagogical manager, the administrative collaborator, and the committee. They prepare, document, and monitor the steps entrusted by the management.

The main responsibilities and tasks

• Support for analysis and standardization (eduQua), as well as for internal governance;
• Support for the coordination and management of a new course offer;
• Management of external communication, the website, and the whatsapp community;
• Consolidate links with association members and current partners, searching for new ones; fundraising.

Profile sought:
With a university education or equivalent HES in human and social sciences, economics, communication and/or FLE, and/or at least two years of experience in project management, they must benefit from an in-depth knowledge of FLE teaching in an intercultural context, of fide and eduQua, experience or skills in corporate communication, very good writing and oral expression skills, socio-economic knowledge, and the associative environment of the Montagnes neuchâteloises region.
Concrete experience in fundraising and/or event organization is an advantage, as well as experience or concrete knowledge of collective governance. A sense of initiative, the capacity for autonomy, as well as the ability to collaborate in a team are expected skills.
The possibility to carry out substitutions in our classes is strongly encouraged, in order to "be in the field" and make the link with the strategic and governance files of this position.
