HR Business Partner / HR Business Partner (temporary)

Our client is an established industrial company with several locations in Switzerland. The company maintains a down-to-earth and family-like culture with short decision-making paths. You will work closely with managers and take on responsibility for a defined area of support as HR Business Partner / HR Business Partner 90-100%. This is a temporary maternity cover with a start date immediately or by arrangement. The duration of the assignment is planned for around seven months.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• You independently advise and support managers as well as employees in all personnel-related matters
• You are responsible for the entire recruitment process from the job advertisement to conducting interviews
• You support employees and managers with performance and talent processes as well as in the preparation of employee appraisals
• You conduct termination, conflict, and demanding personnel discussions confidently and advise on labor law topics
• For your area of support, you work closely with Payroll, HR Administration, and other internal departments

You offer your new employer:

• Completed training with further education in HR or a comparable qualification as well as several years of experience in a similar vacancy
• Experience in advising managers as well as in demanding personnel discussions
• Very good German and English skills for professional communication with different stakeholders
• A pragmatic, patient, and down-to-earth personality who likes to take initiative and also maintains an overview in a dynamic environment
• Ideally, you bring knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Teams, but more important is your willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with existing systems
