Your tasks

• Coordinating and timely processing of internal as well as external orders
• Processing of credit notes and debit notes
• Answering and managing customer inquiries
• Checking and ensuring smooth ordering processes
• Managing complaint and returns management
• Maintaining and managing data in SAP as well as creating evaluations

Your profile

• Commercial basic training with professional experience in sales back office or similar
• Advantageous MS-Office, SAP, and CRM knowledge
• Number-oriented, service-oriented, and committed team player personality
• Reliable, efficient, careful, and structured way of working as well as quick comprehension and analytical way of thinking
• German: Stylistically confident C2 / English & Italian: Very good knowledge B2-C1 / French: knowledge is a plus
