FOR OUR TMR SERVICE, WE ARE RECRUITING A: ADMINISTRATIVE EMPLOYEE AT 60-80%

The TMR (Transport for people with reduced mobility) Nord vaudois is intended for people encountering mobility difficulties. Its mission is to coordinate the transport available to them by calling upon different partners (volunteer services, adapted transporters, non-adapted transporters). The TMR also ensures the management of billing as well as reimbursements to service providers for all ordered trips.

YOUR MISSIONS

As an administrative employee for the transport office concerning people with reduced mobility (TMR), your role requires expertise in several areas:

• Inform and guide clients by telephone
• Provide an adequate response to requests
• Perform the administrative tasks inherent to your position.
• Update client files

YOUR PROFILE

• CFC as a commercial employee or equivalent
• 2 years of professional experience in a similar position
• You have an ability for analysis and problem-solving
• You master common IT tools (Word, Excel-)
• You have a good knowledge of the French language in writing and speaking
• You have a sharp sense of organization, collaboration and negotiation.
• You have a driver's license and vehicle
