These are your tasks
Production and preparation of cold, warm and dessert dishes according to exactly specified recipes
Plating the dishes on the buffet
Responsible, careful handling of food and working equipment
Mise en place
Professional storage of food in the various cold storage rooms
Daily and weekly cleaning work according to the cleaning plan
Daily exchange/feedback with supervisor
Periodic cleaning work (hygiene plan)
Storage order
Ensuring cleanliness and implementation of hygiene standards in the kitchen, the cold storage rooms and the storage rooms

This is what we expect from you
Training as a cook (or long experience in this area), at least 2-3 years of professional experience
Independent way of working
Flexibility, productive, responsible, punctual
Precise and efficient way of working
Passion for cooking
Very good German skills in speaking and writing, sufficient English skills
