Customer Relations Coordinator 100% (a) temporary, Zürich

These are your tasks:

• You accompany our customer orders from preparation through to entry and control, including EDI orders
• You create invoice corrections and credit notes and take care of customer complaints in a solution-oriented manner
• You prepare customer service data and thus support the creation of relevant KPIs
• You process returns from customers and events and ensure a smooth process
• You create and maintain order forms and work closely with Sales, Marketing and our logistics partner
• You maintain customer master data and control price lists in the ERP system and ensure high data quality

These are your skills:

• You have completed commercial training and bring several years of experience in Customer Service
• You speak fluent German and bring good French and English skills
• Ideally, you have experience in the Customer Service of a consumer goods company
• You work in a customer-oriented, solution-oriented manner and with a high service standard
• You convince through strong communication, team spirit and an open manner
• You work independently, responsibly and feel confident in dealing with ERP systems
