The Financial Advisory Service Center supports the specialized departments for pension, taxes, and succession in the preparation and follow-up of discussions as well as mandate management, allowing the experts to focus on their core tasks. In the role of Clerk Wealth Planning, you will support our experts in the tax area. Do you want to give us a temporary helping hand and are you ready to support us in processing tax documents during this fixed-term period? Then we look forward to your application!

Your Tasks

• Processing incoming mail: Responsible for physical and digital incoming mail in the tax area
• Data maintenance and entry: Processing and maintaining tax-relevant data (e.g., address, marital status, AHV-Nr.) in the internal applications as well as filing documents in physical dossiers
• Correspondence with authorities and customers: Drafting confirmation letters of submitted documents to our customers as well as correspondence with tax authorities and creating offers for new mandate customers
• Support for our specialists: Preparation and follow-up of advisory discussions including archiving and invoicing

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or Matura
• You have a quick grasp of new things as well as the willingness and endurance for repetitive tasks
• You convince with a careful, structured, and reliable way of working
• Sense of responsibility and service orientation are your priorities
• You are very familiar with the MS Office applications
